DecoTech Designer & DecoTech Professional kitchen design software
DecoTech Designer kitchen design software is one of two programs available from the Canadian company, DecoTech Design Software Inc.

The two kitchen design programs are called DecoTech Designer (with basic features) and DecoTech Professional (which is fully featured). They are both professional 3D interior space design software packages that work on a Microsoft Windows operating system. The kitchen design software is easy to use and is ideal for the kitchen specialist, decorator, designer, architect, contractor or anyone else planning interior home renovation projects. The program can work in metric or imperial measurements.

You start by creating the floor plan. First you draw the walls an input the proper dimensions. Next, you put in your windows and doorways. After the basic space has been created you can then add the kitchen cabinetry. You can choose from a library of different kitchen cabinet types (there is also a custom cabinet editor) as well as changing the door styles. Once the kitchen cabinets are in place you can then add the benchtop. You can also nominate different surface patterns for the walls, floors and tiles. Once you are happy with your kitchen plan you can then print it out!

Decotech has a real time 3D Previewer which lets you generate a 3-dimensional colour perspective of your entire layout in seconds. Of course you can view your room area from any angle you care to choose.

If you are not happy with the colours you have chosen that's not a problem. DecoTech has a Colour Requester tool which lets you change or modify any colour and you can see the effect immediately.

There is also an animator program that will "walk you through" your newly created kitchen 3D perspective in real time. It's nearly the same as walking around your new kitchen and inspecting it from every angle!
