Indoor outdoor kitchen of the future by Gorenje

Okay then, you have just seen the kitchen of the future (circa 1967) in my last post and now I am going to show you a kitchen of the future as in right here, right now!

Dubbed 'the futuristic kitchen' by Gorenje, it has the shape of a rounded cube and it is manufactured as a monolith that can be lifted and transported to any desired location. It is made of an advanced composite material that I am unsure of and it is resistant to all weather conditions, therefore enabling the kitchen to be used outdoors (...if space is hard to find in your existing home!)

'Integrated into the kitchen are the appliances of the new Gorenje Ora-Ïto collection, distinctive for the uniform design of the front panels made of black glass and aluminum handles, either in natural aluminum color or in black. This line of products addresses primarily the trend-aware urban consumers looking for quality yet reasonably priced kitchen products with excellent and distinctive design.'

As you are reading this the 'futuristic kitchen' is probably being whacked onto the back of a truck and headed for a destination near you should you live in Belgrade, Istanbul or Vienna.

  1. Well, I live in Belgrade but I’m sure nobody in *MY* neighbourhood is going to be accepting delivery of anytime soon! :)

    Cool find by the way!
