When you are thinking about renovating your old kitchen you may have had lots of ideas that could make your kitchen bigger.

You may have thought about removing a kitchen wall or even creating an additional room to create more space for cooking or entertaining. So the bigger the better, right?

Well, maybe not!

I have just read a small article about a couple who chose to keep their existing small kitchen layout and the final outcome was so good that they were one of two runners-up in the 2008 Renovation Inspiration home renovation contest, small project category.
