Many dishes and drinks should be served hot quickly. Food and beverages can lose their characteristic flavour when cooled so it makes sense to serve food and drinks in hot plates and cups.

The Miele EGW 4060-14 plate warming drawer now makes it possible to serve your hot food and drinks like a true professional.

The Miele plate warming drawer will bring your plates, cups, bowls and serving dishes quickly and evenly to the right temperature. Temperature can be set from approximately 30 deg C to 70 deg C and the drawer can hold about 20 dinner plates (28cm diameter) or 80 espresso cups (not that you would need 80 espresso cups would you?) or 40 cappucino cups!

They are designed to combine with other appliances e.g under a wall oven, coffee machine or microwave. They feature smooth telescopic runners which fully extend. They are easy to load and unload and the non slip base ensures your crockery will stay in place.
