Standard Kitchen Cabinet Door Sizes

The simplest way to work out a kitchen cabinet door size is to deduct 3mm from the cabinet width and deduct 3mm from the cabinet height.

For example, if your single door kitchen base cabinet carcase is 500mm wide and 720mm high, then the kitchen door dimensions should be 447mm wide x 717mm high. 

The 3mm door gap (in height and width) gives you enough wiggle room to adjust your doors (if your cabinets are not sitting level or your hinges need adjusting).
