Due to ongoing growth of the Blum product range and additional staff servicing customers throughout Victoria, Blum has relocated their Victorian operation to a new 1000m², office and showroom in Mount Waverley

Blum National Sales and Marketing Manager, David Noakes says, “The new premises will provide us with a showroom and training centre where we can show the latest products as stand alone items and in a variety of applications such as the kitchen, bathroom, home office and wardrobe”.

The new showroom provides plenty of food for thought for Cabinet makers, Architects, Designers and consumers. Rachael William’s has joined the Blum team as the Victorian Showroom Consultant and is on hand to advise and recommend practical solutions to customers kitchen storage needs.

Industry professionals are encouraged to bring clients to the showroom and utilise such facilities as the Kitchen Test-Drive. This facility is a method of increasing customer satisfaction by planning the functional aspects of their new kitchen prior to installation, not after.

“We also wanted to provide further technical support to our distributors and the trade market in Victoria and this January appointed Joshua Phillpot as an Area Manager” expressed David. Joshua has been a Blum employee for eight years and relocated to Victoria from Sydney where he worked extensively in the New South Wales, South Australian and Western Australian market in a variety of sales and marketing roles.

Blum State Sales Manager, Darren Hawley believes the new premises will be of incredible benefit to distributors and cabinet makers alike; “We don’t only have a brand new showroom featuring Blum products to show their clients, we also have a brand new training facility for the cabinet makers to be taught about all the latest Blum products. It is important that our customers are confident when using our products and we strive to provide the right training and support to meet their needs”.

Blum Western Australia Kitchen Hardware Showroom Now Open

Blum Australia is excited to announce their brand new showroom in Osborne Park, Western Australia is now open, to support the kitchen industry, design professionals and the general community with their kitchen planning and hardware needs.

The new showroom is expected to be utilised by industry professionals, Cabinet makers, Builders, Architects, Designers and kitchen buyers. “The showroom will assist anyone looking to plan their new kitchen with the best functional design”, says Blum State Sales Manager, Jamie Freeman.

Blum’s new Western Australian showroom will house the second Blum Test-Drive Kitchen in Australia. With a selection of movable, life-sized cabinets representing the five zones in a kitchen, the Blum Test-Drive Kitchen is an innovative and guaranteed method of increasing customer satisfaction. Functionality is addressed during the planning process, not
after.

The showroom will benefit Cabinet makers enormously, as it presents all of Blum’s newest products including SERVO-DRIVE for TANDEMBOX, AVENTOS lift systems and new products to be released in August 2010. “We also have the new workroom with Blum MINIPRESS machines that cabinet makers are able to use for training”, states Jamie.

The Design community will gain the use of the Test-Drive Kitchen and also popular DYNAMIC SPACE Workshops. Blum Marketing Coordinator, Alicia Draper said, “The displays are fully operational fitted out with everything you would want to store in your kitchen and completely interactive. We encouraged Kitchen Designers to bring their clients to the showroom to ensure a functional kitchen with plenty of storage space is designed to meet their individual needs”.

The official opening will take place at the new premises 3/50 Howe Street, Osborne Park, W.A, on Thursday 3rd June, 2010.
